The firm's rideshare page is the one that names the statutory numbers, including a 2022 cut to the required underinsured-motorist cover that the others do not mention.

Thirty-three years at the bar; registered in Normandy Park, about ten miles south of the city. Her firm's rideshare page is built around Spanish-language service and repeatedly offers representation in Spanish — while her WSBA record leaves the languages field blank. The field is optional, and blank is not a contradiction; it simply does not corroborate.

Boeing structural engineer for thirteen years before law school. His register entry selects forty-three practice areas — among them Antitrust, Maritime, Securities, Lobbying and Oil, Gas & Energy, for a two-to-five-lawyer injury practice. It is the clearest illustration on this site of why WSBA warns that block may be inaccurate. His fax number on the register reads (000) 000-0000.

Registered in Tacoma, about thirty-four miles south — the same distance we accepted for Ken Gerber in the Phoenix metro. His register practice areas are Criminal, Litigation, Personal Injury and Traffic Offenses, a mixed practice rather than an injury-only one. Almost everything else on this page comes from the firm's rideshare page, because his own biography is barely more than a job title.

The only lawyer in this batch who publishes his own register data — his biography prints WSBA licence 39251, the admission date of 29 October 2007 and the words active and eligible to practice. We checked all three against the register and all three match. His Seattle office is by appointment; the address of record is in Brier.

Read this listing narrowly. Her register says one thing and her website says another, on two separate fields. WSBA holds her at Bradley Johnson Lawyers with a single practice area — Criminal. Her own biography is published by Emerald City Law Group, which describes her as its owner and managing attorney, and lists DUI, assault, theft and fraud first, with personal injury under other practice areas.

He came to injury law as an injured plaintiff. He says he fell more than twenty feet at a Sammamish fire station in October 2002, shattered both feet, spent two years in a wheelchair, was turned down by around eighty attorneys and eventually won his own case. His site gives his experience two different ways — 16 years in one place and 20 years in another. The register makes it seventeen.

Sixteen years at the bar, in a downtown Seattle suite. His WSBA entry is the most precisely described practice on these pages — the register offers Solo in shared office or suite as an option, and that is what he selected. The register carries one telephone number and his site another; both are here.

A bioengineering degree from the University of Washington before law, which her firm says shapes how she reads hospital records. Her firm's rideshare page publishes a King County ride-hailing permit count with no source attached — exactly the kind of metro-level number this site was rebuilt to stop printing. Her rideshare content is a results page rather than a practice page — two Lyft and Uber matters with figures attached, and no explanation of how the claims work. She is one of three here whose register records languages other than English.

Seattle-registered and Seattle-based, with a genuinely Seattle practice. But the only rideshare content behind this listing describes a different state's law. The firm's article is headed Uber and Lyft Accidents in Ohio, cites Ohio's two-year limitation period, and signs off with an Ohio toll-free number. Washington's limitation period is three years.

Three years at the Washington bar, registered in Kent. His own firm gives him two different titles on the same site — founder and lead trial attorney on his biography, Associate Partner on the rideshare page. The firm also advertises over 30 years of combined experience, which is a firm-wide figure, not his.

Admitted in Washington on 11 August 2023 — three years ago to the day as this page is written. His published results list names rideshare matters specifically, which few firm pages do; we print no figures from it. His claims describe a longer career than his Washington admission, and WSBA has no field that would tell you where else he is licensed.

Forty-six years at the Washington bar — the longest record on these pages, ahead of Richard Adler at forty-five. His register carries no website at all. And the firm's rideshare page names his partner throughout, not him.

Thirty-nine years at the bar, in a firm he formed with his father — Robert R. Briggs, who his site says had been a trial lawyer since 1952. That makes the practice's claimed lineage older than any other on this site, though only Shawn's own record is bar-checked here. His register carries no website.

His register reports a firm of 51 to 100 WSBA members — by far the largest on this site, where the next biggest is 21 to 50. He publishes his own WSBA number on his biography and it matches. The rideshare page behind this listing is written for Everett.

His own biography says his practice is “100% personal injury”; his register says Criminal, Disability and Personal Injury. Both are his own words, filed in two places. He sits on a local school board and coaches youth basketball.
